Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with leadership to define and execute transformation objectives aligned to organizational goals.
  • •Develop frameworks to track transformation initiative progress and support business cases, roadmaps, and project charters.
  • •Oversee end-to-end delivery of transformation initiatives within scope and budget, establishing governance structures and monitoring KPIs.
  • •Act as the central point of contact across departments, driving awareness, adoption, and delivering regular executive updates and dashboards.
  • •Manage team leaders and initiative owners, allocate resources, identify and mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement in the Transformation Office.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Business Administration, Chartered Accountant, or a related field.
  • •7+ years of experience in project management, business transformation, or change management roles.
  • •Experience in professional services environments, preferably management consulting or investment banking.
  • •Strong knowledge of transformation and change management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Lean, Six Sigma).
  • •Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or a related field is a plus.
