Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and support customer engagements focused on ensemble-based reservoir modeling and uncertainty quantification.
  • •Design, execute, and interpret integrated reservoir modeling studies using reservoir engineering and/or geoscience expertise.
  • •Build uncertainty-aware workflows combining static and dynamic subsurface data with customer asset teams.
  • •Facilitate adoption of Unified Ensemble Modeling (UEM) methodologies and best practices across customer organizations.
  • •Deliver technical workshops and training to reservoir engineers, geologists, and geomodelers.

Key Requirements

  • •5-10 years of industry experience in reservoir engineering, petroleum engineering, geology, geophysics, or related subsurface disciplines.
  • •Experience with reservoir characterization, geomodeling, reservoir simulation, or integrated reservoir studies for an E&P operator, consulting company, or oilfield service company.
  • •Strong understanding of integrated reservoir modeling workflows integrating geological, petrophysical, seismic, dynamic, and production data.
  • •Practical experience with reservoir management, field development planning, reservoir simulation, history matching, or uncertainty assessment studies.
  • •Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to multidisciplinary technical and management audiences; programming skills such as Python are desirable.
