Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day operational support for facilities operations maintenance (FOM), monitoring quality and capacity across systems.
  • •Improve automation and standardization for HVAC thermal and exhaust abatement processes.
  • •Write and modify program code, troubleshoot PLC issues, and design control panel improvements and system upgrades.
  • •Manage facilities operations projects, lead contractors through program design/simulation/testing/start-up, and maintain control equipment/servers/workstations for uptime.

Key Requirements

  • •BS in Electrical/Controls Engineering and experience working at an industrial facility (semiconductor/manufacturing preferred).
  • •Minimum three years of controls engineering experience; design and construction experience is a plus.
  • •Experience with SCADA and PLC ladder logic, including tools such as Rockwell RS Studio and Siemens Step 7/WinCC Open Architecture.
  • •Experience with Profibus, Modbus, or other can-bus style protocols.
  • •Ability to create construction drawings including P&ID and PFD, and familiarity with ISA 18.2 standards.
