Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate cross-functional, multi-phase network implementations and engineering support across the change lifecycle (pre-during-post through production Day-One).
  • •Direct tasks and manage engineering delivery workstreams, including STI/release/deployment tasks before, during, and after the change window.
  • •Develop, track, report, and manage engineering delivery tasks; proactively resolve issues, conflicts, and dependencies.
  • •Create and maintain release/impact/risk trackers and calendars with program/project managers; monitor progress against the release calendar and communicate schedules to stakeholders.
  • •Maintain 100% compliance with firm-wide Change Management policies, participate in the change management board, and conduct release readiness and post-implementation review activities as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in a technical role supporting network project/programs.
  • •Strong ability to understand and translate business requirements into engineering/implementation details.
  • •Experience with Change Management and CAB processes and procedures, plus strong IT service delivery background.
  • •Excellent client-facing and communication skills with experience working across time zones and flexible/varied working hours as needed.
  • •Education: high school diploma or GED equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, finance, or technical training preferred.
