Job Summary

Oversee and manage warehouse and logistics operations in St. Louis, leading inbound/outbound shipments, warehousing, and inventory management. Develop logistics strategies to optimize transportation, storage, costs, and distribution while ensuring daily packing/labeling accuracy. Key Responsibilities

•Oversee daily logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments, warehousing, and inventory management.
•Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize transportation, storage, costs, and distribution processes.
•Accurately complete daily packing sheets and ensure packaging and labeling meet customer/internal instructions.
•Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply while minimizing excess and obsolete stock.
•Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies; use KPIs and data analysis to enhance logistics efficiency.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
•Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
•Proficient in logistics software and systems such as ERP and WMS.
•Ensure adherence to management systems including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and FSSC 22000.
•Relevant certifications such as CSCP or CLTD are preferred.
