Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Business, Product, Engineering and Technology teams to deliver strategic initiatives and business transformation programs.
  • •Lead or support end-to-end project delivery from requirements gathering and planning through implementation, testing, release and post-production support.
  • •Facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage sprint planning and delivery, and promote Agile best practices to improve team effectiveness.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery while managing dependencies, risks and issues.
  • •Support release management activities, ensuring compliance with governance, security and operational standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
  • •Proven experience delivering projects, consulting, business transformation, product operations, or technology implementation in complex enterprise environments.
  • •Demonstrated Agile delivery experience with strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
  • •Strong stakeholder management skills across Business and Technology teams.
  • •Practical experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence) and data analysis/reporting (SQL, Excel, Python or similar).
