Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver vehicles directly to customers’ doors using custom car haulers and participate in customer-facing interactions as a Customer Advocate.
  • •Load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and regularly inspect vehicles/hauler to ensure safe-to-drive condition.
  • •Complete customer paperwork and enter thorough notes into the customer tracking system.
  • •Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • •Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including detailing vehicles and frequent loading/unloading in indoor and outdoor conditions with possible extreme weather.
  • •Ability to walk/stand and sustain physical activity for extended periods (8+ hours).
  • •Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • •Maintain a clean driving record and comply with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy; must pass a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card.
