Job Summary

Own and manage the demand visibility, reporting, and execution tracking backbone for cross-group procurement within the Global Technical Materials (GTM) Center of Excellence. Coordinate European execution of CoE processes, enable visibility into GTM value delivery targets, and support higher-value strategic sourcing through analytics and RFQ execution. Drive standardization and continuous improvement of tools, data models, and reporting frameworks to ensure transparent, consistent operational excellence across regions.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and manage demand visibility data, reporting infrastructure, and execution tracking for cross-group procurement activities.
•Coordinate European execution of CoE-driven processes and workstreams.
•Maintain and improve data models and reporting frameworks; turn fragmented inputs into structured insights.
•Track performance against GTM value delivery targets and ensure transparency through structured reporting and governance escalation.
•Support strategic sourcing and higher-value RFQs through analytics, documentation, and coordination, including standardized sourcing templates and bid analysis models.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
•6+ years of related experience with a degree (10 years in lieu of a degree).
•3+ years of chemical or related industry experience, with knowledge of purchasing and materials management preferred.
•Experience in a manufacturing environment and in technical or business-related positions preferred.
•Negotiations and contract experience required.
