Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain detailed cost estimates and budgets aligned to approved WBS/CBS structures, including CAPEX models and cost baselines.
  • •Track actual costs, commitments, and accruals against approved budgets; prepare EAC/ETC forecasts and perform variance analysis to identify cost trends.
  • •Support change control by assessing cost impacts of variations and change orders; assist with quantitative risk analysis feeding cost forecasts and contingency assessments.
  • •Prepare periodic cost reports, dashboards, and supporting analysis for project leadership; maintain accurate cost records, documentation, and audit trails.
  • •Coordinate with planning, procurement, and site teams; validate contractor cost submissions and invoices and support PMIS/EPMIS implementation and use.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • •Minimum 5–8 years of cost engineering or cost control experience in EPC or large-scale construction environments.
  • •Working knowledge of EVM, CAPEX planning, and cost forecasting techniques.
  • •Experience with PMIS/EPMIS or cost management software.
  • •Relevant cost engineering certifications (e.g., AACE CCP/CEP) are an advantage.
