Key Responsibilities

•Read work orders and/or follow oral instructions to determine materials or containers to be moved.
•Safely load and unload trailers using lift and clamp trucks and transport rolls, pallets, and other materials within the facility.
•Ensure correct product/material loading onto pallets and secure loads with strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage.
•Provide support to press operations by properly setting up rolls and maintaining baler room support.
•Follow OHSE, PPE, and hazardous materials/waste handling procedures, and maintain a safe, neat work area (including cleaning and waste/receptacle upkeep).

Key Requirements

•High school diploma (or GED) with one to three years of related production experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Very good mechanical and physical ability.
•Ability to safely operate lift truck equipment with required and maintained safety training.
•Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform prolonged standing and physical tasks (stooping, bending, reaching, balancing, climbing, kneeling, crouching).
•Ability to rotate shifts and be available to work more than 8 hours per day and/or 40 hours per week when needed.
