Job Summary

Lead multiple project teams and supporting partners to drive engineering development and implementation for product/service offerings. Own schedules, critical deliverables, budgets, and resource allocation; track progress against plans and update based on analysis to meet product requirements. Oversee logistics of parts for builds and prototypes, ensure procedural compliance and safety, and communicate progress, escalations, and issue resolutions to stakeholders while mentoring less-experienced staff.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and lead programs involving multiple functions and project teams for engineering development and implementation.
•Develop and direct schedules, critical deliverables, budgets, and resource allocation plans for assigned programs.
•Oversee logistics of parts for builds and prototypes across multiple concurrent projects.
•Manage supporting project teams and internal development partners to ensure progress against established plans and update schedules/resources as needed.
•Drive procedural compliance, maintenance, and safety practices; communicate progress and escalations and mentor less-experienced staff.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, or commensurate work experience.
•Minimum 7 years of work experience, preferably in engineering development and implementation or project planning.
•Experience using project planning tools and software packages.
•People management experience (preferred).
•Ability to manage complex project schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management.
