Job Summary

Provide cost accounting support and reporting to stakeholders, covering product costing, reporting and analysis, monthly closing, and inventory reconciliation. Coordinate month-end close deliverables using Diamond Systems Reporting, SAP, MS Access, and MS Excel, manage Global Material ID accounting segments via CMT/PMR tools, and reconcile stock take counts. Monitor functional mailboxes, maintain CAEC documentation, and improve workflows through automation where needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Support cost accounting services and stakeholder reporting across reporting and analysis, product costing, monthly closing, and inventory reconciliation.
•Run month-end closing by generating and reviewing reports for cost accountants using Diamond Systems Reporting, SAP, MS Access, and MS Excel.
•Create and maintain accounting segments for Global Material IDs (GMID) via requests received through CMT/PMR tools or the functional mailbox.
•Coordinate and reconcile inventory counts during stock take observations using the paper reconciliation process.
•Monitor mailboxes and maintain CAEC documentation, investigating inquiries and creating/implementing process improvements or automations as needed.

Key Requirements

•Qualified CMA/CA (fresher).
•Inter CMA/Inter CA/MBA with 2+ years of costing and accounting experience.
•B.com/M.com in a relevant field, or 4+ years of costing and accounting experience.
•Ability to generate and review cost accounting reports for month-end activities.
•Fluent English (written and verbal) and strong analytical, process improvement skills.
