Job Summary

Lead the full operation of an outlet, ensuring exceptional guest experience, consistent service quality, and strong financial performance. Manage daily operations and the FOH team through recruiting, training, scheduling, appraisals, and performance support. Drive revenue, control costs, manage payroll ratios, and minimize wastage while maintaining HACCP and Dubai Municipality compliance. Ensure SOP adherence, accurate reporting, and brand representation for the Dubai Golf outlet.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure personalized, professional guest service by maintaining strong floor presence, responding to concerns, and leading service recovery; monitor satisfaction via surveys, feedback, and mystery audits.
•Oversee day-to-day outlet operations, including service controls, opening/closing procedures, checklist completion, stock supervision, and accurate guest billing.
•Recruit, interview, select, and manage the FOH team through training, duty rosters, attendance monitoring, performance management, and regular briefings.
•Manage financial performance by working within payroll and headcount budgets, driving revenue through upselling and menu knowledge, controlling costs, and minimizing wastage.
•Maintain standards compliance, including implementing SOPs and Dubai Golf policies, ensuring HACCP and Dubai Municipality compliance, and completing mandatory safety training.

Key Requirements

•Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management (or related field).
•Minimum 7–10 years’ F&B experience, including 3–5 years in a supervisory or management role.
•Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop large teams.
•Strong operational knowledge of service standards, HACCP, Dubai Municipality regulations, and F&B best practices.
•Proficiency in POS systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for reporting, rostering, and inventory management.
