Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute operational excellence and continuous improvement across the manufacturing facility using Lean & Six Sigma.
  • •Lead and supervise Rapid Improvement Events (RIEs) and Kaizen events, driving improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Inventory.
  • •Migrate and improve reporting by moving Excel/PowerPoint/Word reporting to Power BI, standardizing dashboards and Power Apps, and maintaining high-utilization systems.
  • •Develop, implement, and execute manufacturing method changes to reduce production costs, improve efficiency, and eliminate waste.
  • •Investigate production methods and lead Poka-yokes improvements; collaborate with process owners to build process management and measurement systems.

Key Requirements

  • •1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • •Bilingual English/Spanish.
  • •Minimum 2 years of proven experience working with Power BI and Power Apps.
  • •Good knowledge of SharePoint and Power Automate.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
