The North Face: Supervisor - Fifth Avenue

Lead day-to-day operations at a high-volume The North Face store, partnering with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to drive exceptional customer engagement, coach and develop associates, and uphold brand visual merchandising standards. Monitor performance against key KPIs and sales/profit goals, manage floor coverage and inventory/stockroom flow, and support onboarding, loss prevention, and community initiatives to maximize store success and profitability.
