Research Scientist 5 - Content Promotion and Distribution

Design and develop AI/ML solutions that improve how Netflix promotional assets are created, evaluated, and productized at scale. Lead end-to-end model development, from research and training to offline/online evaluation and deployment, and partner with engineers, product, and creative teams to integrate models into business applications. Advance vision-language and multimodal systems to enhance content discovery for members while contributing to the ML community.
