Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform end-to-end testing, downloading programming, starting up, commissioning, and servicing on assigned HVAC projects.
  • •Serve as direct customer contact for servicing equipment and systems at customer locations, ensuring customer satisfaction through diagnosis and repairs.
  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand installation and repair requirements, forecasting issues and synchronizing on-site work.
  • •Use software/technology and hand tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair HVAC units.

  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations in the previous 3 years.
  • •EPA Universal Certification required.
