Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and execute inventory management to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General Manager.
  • •Manage key operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Partner with the Operations & Visual Manager on reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities.
  • •Oversee and develop the Operations Associates using company performance tools and daily coaching to improve guest experience.
