Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and deliver agentic AI and Copilot Studio skilling programs, including curriculum, instructor-led sessions, labs, self-paced content, assessments, and certification pathways.
  • •Run train-the-trainer and champion enablement programs to help client teams sustain and scale agent development independently.
  • •Teach agent design as a discipline, covering decomposition, orchestration/reasoning patterns, tool/action design, grounding, memory/context, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, and failure modes/cost-latency trade-offs.
  • •Build reference and demo agents in Copilot Studio (topics, answers, actions/connectors, agent flows, knowledge sources, and multi-agent handoffs) to anchor training and seed client use cases.
  • •Provide hands-on advisory for live engagements and establish evaluation/Responsible AI practices for agents, including testing/guardrails, monitoring, and governance operating models.

Key Requirements

  • •9–12 years’ experience in software engineering, automation, data, or AI roles with recent focus on generative and agentic AI.
  • •Hands-on experience designing and building agentic AI solutions, including multi-step orchestration, tool/function calling, retrieval/grounding, memory/context, and multi-agent patterns.
  • •Up to 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, including building agents and delivering training on the platform.
  • •Practical depth in Copilot Studio (trigger design, generative answers and knowledge sources, actions/connectors, agent flows, publishing, and troubleshooting).
  • •Experience delivering technical training to large organizations, with strong facilitation and communication for both business and technical audiences.
