Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead technical SaaS and AI-powered product initiatives from strategy through production delivery and operation.
  • •Turn product and technical strategy into plans, milestones, dependencies, success metrics, and ownership.
  • •Lead large programs with moderate-to-high risk and multiple interdependencies across customers, partners, platforms, and releases.
  • •Coordinate agentic AI programs from definition through production and iteration, including workflows and integrations.
  • •Define validation, release, observability, and operational-readiness requirements and communicate tradeoffs, risks, and decisions to executives.
