Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and review designs, calculations, drawings, and specifications for dry utility networks.
  • •Coordinate the design and integration of electrical distribution, street lighting, telecommunications/fiber optic, ICT/smart city infrastructure, district cooling, and gas distribution systems.
  • •Review shop drawings, technical submissions, material submittals, and contractor proposals for compliance with utility authority requirements and international standards.
  • •Supervise on-site installation, monitor construction progress, and provide technical support during execution.
  • •Witness testing/energization/commissioning and support handover while managing RFIs, method statements, NCRs, technical queries, and design modifications.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or related discipline.
  • •Professional Engineer certification or membership of a recognized engineering institution (preferred).
  • •5-10+ years of experience in infrastructure projects focused on dry utilities.
  • •Experience in engineering consultancy, PMC, design management, or construction supervision.
  • •Experience with large-scale infrastructure (mixed-use, smart cities, industrial zones, airports, ports, transportation) and working with utility authorities and service providers.
