•Own design projects end-to-end from discovery and concepting through launch for the Financial Incentives Team.
•Design internal tools and user-facing features, collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve high-impact problems in payments, claims, and eligibility.
•Lead and participate in user research efforts to bring user insights into every stage of the design process.
•Translate complex workflows into intuitive, scalable experiences that improve efficiency for internal teams and delight our members.
•Partner closely with Product and Engineering to shape roadmaps, define problem spaces, and advocate for thoughtful design solutions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 143,000 - 160,000 annually

•Comfort working with component libraries, design systems, and prototyping tools
