Key Responsibilities

•Build relationships with KOLs in hematology/nephrology; train speakers and develop KOLs; drive strategic execution of marketing and CSP through cross-functional collaboration.
•Develop and lead KOL engagement in the IgAN area; collaborate with related departments to lead the domain via CSP and marketing initiatives.
•Identify KOL profiles and influence mapping; create and manage engagement plans; monitor progress and propose CSP.
•Create speaker decks; advise on structure and core slides; guide speaker through slide reviews and rehearsals.
•Provide insights into disease areas that could influence marketing strategies; work with Medical Affairs to feedback into marketing.

Key Requirements

•Expertise in kidney disease area with strategic thinking
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to lead KOL engagement
•Proficiency in English reading of scientific papers; strong analytical skills
•Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for materials and presentations
•Experience with CSP seminars and project management (PM)
