Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet customers and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs; convert window shoppers into buyers; promote the loyalty program; follow the GUEST model to deliver service; stay informed about brands to cross-sell.
  • •Maintain store standards and assist with visual merchandising; adhere to VM guidelines and stock management; keep inventory records and upsell to increase sales.
  • •Operate the POS system for billing; balance cash till at start/end of shifts; process payments; issue receipts; ensure loss prevention policies are followed.
  • •Replenish and re-merchandise stock on the sales floor to ensure product availability and alignment with store layout.
  • •Stay well-groomed, flexible to extended hours during peak periods, and maintain product knowledge to provide accurate recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • •Previous experience in a sales role preferred.
  • •Ability to greet customers and assist in selecting products that meet their needs.
