Job Summary

Broker and manage complex commercial insurance broking for new and renewal business, owning the placement process from market selection through policy delivery. Lead renewal-cycle coordination, define broking success and go-to-market approaches, and execute negotiations to achieve optimal financial and non-financial outcomes. Partner with account management and clients, prepare RFP and marketing materials, analyze quotes, and mentor team members while leveraging Epic and analytics to improve client stewardship.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate and manage broking activities around the renewal cycle in line with service model standards and timelines.
•Direct broking activity for complex placements and ensure go-to-market strategy for each engagement.
•Execute client/prospect placements by analyzing risk, negotiating effectively, and driving desired outcomes.
•Collaborate with account management and clients on submissions, carrier queries, and quote proposal compilation and analysis.
•Prepare sales and marketing materials (including RFP responses), compare coverage/policies, and provide leadership by mentoring team members.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
•Minimum seven years insurance experience.
•P&C License required or obtained within 90 days of employment.
•Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to mentor/develop team members.
