Lead low-TRL R&D in Advanced Signal Processing and Position, Navigation & Timing by fusing classical math with machine learning. Apply physics-informed machine learning and hybrid architectures to sensor modelling, data fusion, and target tracking, designing algorithms resilient to jamming, spoofing, and contested electronic environments. Evaluate academic research, prototype robust methods fast, and act as Project Design Authority while mentoring junior engineers and shaping the technical roadmap.
