Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with feasibility studies and procurement reports.
  • •Estimate and plan costs, and present the final cost plan.
  • •Manage tendering activities, including pre-qualification, tenders, preliminaries, analysis, and reports.
  • •Handle post-contract cost variances, change control, and produce accurate valuations and monthly cost reports.
  • •Support value engineering and negotiate and agree on final accounts while interfacing with clients and consultants across project stages.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying.
  • •MRICS qualified or working towards MRICS.
  • •UK cost management experience within the Real Estate/Property sector.
  • •Experience working on larger projects and on new build and fit-out projects.
  • •Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience.
