Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as ambassador for the site and maintain visibility on all incoming projects, promoting the site's technical and strategic capabilities
  • •Receive project requests from developers and external clients, analyze feasibility for the site and arbitrate feasibility
  • •Launch and monitor projects in collaboration with workshops, validate final quality and transfer samples, reports and controls to developers
  • •Manage and ensure validation of industrialization milestones in liaison with teams, ensuring transfer and feasibility in the industrial phase (cost, quality, timing)
  • •Supervise development and production teams during startup and tuning phases, ensuring on-time project delivery and effective decision-making impacting site stakeholders

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree (Master/Bac+5) in textiles and/or chemistry with at least 5 years' experience in product industrialization or development, textile processes or specialty chemistry; proven project management experience
  • •Knowledge of textiles materials and transformation processes
  • •Experience in project management and cross-functional coordination
  • •Experience in leading and managing a small team (CDIS and dyeing technician) with transversal management of two production focal points
  • •Familiarity with production tracking software and related IT tools (e.g., M3)
