Material Planner (Buyer)

Plan and execute material procurement for production, managing purchase orders and supplier follow-up to ensure on-time delivery to assembly lines and service parts. Analyze requisitions, select and onboard suppliers, and maintain optimal inventory and safety stock. Handle expedites and de-expedites, follow PO documentation procedures, coordinate with Quality on supplier issues, and support cost/cash-flow improvements and supplier performance management.
