Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand customer requests and needs and provide expertise to Airbus Sales during customer meetings and sales campaigns.
  • •Evaluate preliminary technical work scope and define work sharing between Airbus departments, MRO, external suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • •Run preliminary business cases to assess industrial solution options, including recommendations, pre-requisites, and risks while ensuring regulatory and Airbus alignment.
  • •Work with Procurement (PESA) for daily activities and prepare technical specifications for call-for-tender management via ePROC for subcontracting (Part 145 MRO, External CAMO, External DOA).
  • •Issue a preliminary business case sheet with financial figures for go/no-go decisions, create the customer commercial offer, and hand over project information to the Project Manager.

Key Requirements

  • •Bac+5 in engineering or similar degree.
  • •10+ years of professional experience in aircraft In-Service environment or aeronautics field.
  • •Proven cabin modification knowledge across the full modification process, from technical scope evaluation to service bulletin creation.
  • •Experience coordinating stakeholders and communicating effectively, with strong information synthesis and organization skills.
  • •Excellent written and spoken English; digital mindset is a plus.
