Facilities Management Coordinator (QA)

Coordinate end-to-end facilities management, maintain facilities documentation, and oversee general maintenance activities. Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations while coordinating repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance schedules. Manage facility budgets, vendor/contractor relationships, and facility improvement initiatives such as energy conservation and space optimization. Conduct inspections and manage emergency response readiness, with leadership of maintenance staff and support for HSE initiatives.
