Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with a Project Director/Regional Director to manage and deliver capital investment projects across the project delivery lifecycle.
  • •Provide client-side project management, including stakeholder, schedule, and contract management.
  • •Serve as the primary interface with AECOM clients (new and existing) and build collaborative relationships with clients and multi-disciplinary project teams.
  • •Lead the delivery of project management commissions, taking responsibility for successful outcomes and efficient delivery of team outputs to agreed timescales and quality standards.
  • •Provide line management and mentoring to staff reporting to you and support bidding/business development opportunities (including cross-selling).

Key Requirements

  • •Good working knowledge of JCT and NEC3/NEC4 contracts (or similar) with commercial awareness.

  • •Specific industry and project experience in project management.
  • •Valid UK driving licence.
