Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer and configure PMO tooling (primarily Clarity PPM and Jira) including user provisioning, workflow configuration, project structure, and reporting setup.
  • •Provide end-user support by troubleshooting tool issues and fulfilling configuration requests across the IT organization.
  • •Liaise with external tool vendors (Broadcom/Clarity and Atlassian) to escalate support tickets, coordinate product updates, and document resolutions.
  • •Assist with data quality initiatives by auditing project records, resource allocations, and portfolio data to improve reporting accuracy for IT leadership.
  • •Contribute to documentation and training materials and support PMO portfolio reporting cycles used in executive and board-level communications.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing a master’s degree in Information Systems, MIS/BIS, Computer Science/Engineering, Business Administration (IT/systems focus), or a related field, with at least one semester remaining.
  • •Demonstrated understanding of project management concepts, with familiarity with PMO methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid) preferred.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • •Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment, and remain detail-oriented with data accuracy.
