Job Summary

Own and grow a B2B2C partner portfolio for Zurich Retail in Spain by meeting business plan targets across acquisition/retention, profitability and technical result, and expense compliance. Manage partners’ results account, build and maintain commercial relationships across business lines, identify and implement new growth opportunities, and drive cross-sell and conversion through active opportunity tracking. Coordinate with internal teams and regularly monitor performance with reporting and joint governance.

•Manage the partners’ results account for assigned agreements and propose actions to ensure sustainable, profitable growth.

•Identify and implement new growth opportunities within the partner portfolio to develop the business.
•Understand partner needs and co-develop joint business plans aligned with Zurich’s growth and profitability objectives.
•Track commercial actions and outcomes regularly, prepare reporting, and set a joint governance model to support decision-making.
