Manager Construction (Fab)

Lead construction activities in both greenfield and brownfield project environments, partnering with the PMT on HSE, quality, technical requirements, and execution performance. Coordinate detailed engineering and construction work, manage sub-contractor activities, and resolve inter-craft interface issues. Assist the Project Manager, ensure schedule adherence and reporting, oversee QA/QC audits, commissioning test work, and compliance with McDermott policies while managing employee performance and training.
