Job Summary

Build trusted relationships with individuals and small businesses in the branch by uncovering financial wellness needs through in-person and proactive phone conversations. Drive client acquisition and deepen existing relationships by recommending tailored banking solutions, opening accounts and lending products, and achieving activity, behavior, and sales goals. Partner with branch and line-of-business teams, support teller transactions as needed, and ensure compliance, documentation, and risk controls.

Key Responsibilities

•Listen for financial wellness opportunities during in-person and phone conversations and provide customized recommendations.
•Open personal and business accounts and related deposit and lending products based on client needs.
•Achieve individual activity and outcome goals through appointments, lead lists, walk-ins, and professional contacts.
•Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line-of-business partners to acquire clients and deepen existing relationships.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including documenting client interactions and supporting teller transactions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED (or equivalent business experience).
•Minimum 1 year of experience developing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources.
•Understanding of consumer credit, including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports.
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products like Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, and web-based browsing).
