Job Summary

Serve as Second in Command and Pilot in Command to deliver safe, efficient, and timely air transportation for company employees and representatives. Ensure aircraft compliance with FAA regulations, complete preflight inspections, confirm aircraft databases, and review performance, weight and balance, and fuel. Plan flights, assess weather, make go/no-go and diversion decisions, coordinate handling and fueling with FBOs, and provide customer service while coordinating passenger travel needs.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as Second in Command (SIC) and Pilot in Command (PIC) for all flights and related competencies.
•Verify aircraft compliance with all FAA regulations and comply with company policies and procedures.
•Complete preflight inspections, confirm aircraft databases are current, and review weight and balance, fuel, and aircraft performance.
•Prepare flight plans and evaluate weather conditions to make informed decisions to proceed, divert, delay, or cancel.
•Provide customer service and coordinate passenger travel needs, including catering and ground transportation.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 94,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Logged a minimum of 2000 flight hours, including 500 flight hours in multi-engine turbine aircraft.
•Meet all currency requirements for instrument flight time and night landings.
•Commercial Multi-Engine certificate with ability to obtain an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate.
•Maintain a First Class FAA medical certificate.
•Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
