Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee daily store operations and support the Store Manager in meeting KPIs and profit-and-loss expectations.
  • •Support execution of corporate programs, policies, initiatives, and routine/seasonal store needs.
  • •Assist with succession planning, recruiting, hiring, and training to reduce store turnover.
  • •Provide coaching and performance feedback to develop staff and foster a team environment aligned to store and company objectives.
  • •Maintain cash accuracy, shrink control, store/product security, and ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •College or University degree and 1 year of retail experience (preferably in sporting apparel & footwear) or an equivalent education/experience combination.
  • •Prior management experience preferred.
  • •Proficient retail business management skills to support fiscal and operational performance.
  • •Ability to coach and provide performance feedback, and to prioritize and allocate resources effectively.
  • •Excellent computer skills (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to quickly learn systems such as POS and web portals.
