•Lead test integration efforts for Near Field Probe Systems with focus on meeting cost and schedule goals
•Partner with other team leads, cost account managers, and team members
•Communicate effectively with program leadership and customers as needed
•Work through challenges quickly, elevate issues to technical SMEs when needed, and effectively lead their team to achieve success
•Assist in project reporting and collaboration with program leads to ensure timely delivery

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience to include any combination of: Experience with RF test; Experience with test Hardware and Software integration

•Active DoD Secret clearance with investigation within last five years
•U.S. citizenship is required for security clearance
•Strong communication and collaboration skills to interact with program leadership and customers
