Client Relationship Consultant 3 (Banker) - Solvang, CA

Build and foster relationships with retail banking customers through proactive outreach, follow-up, and multi-channel engagement (in-person, by appointment, and virtually). Assess customer banking needs, gather and process account information, and educate clients on deposit and loan products while recommending solutions aligned to individual goals. Maintain knowledge of consumer and business banking, process basic transactions, and work with branch teams to deliver an excellent client experience while supporting NMLS/Regulation Z requirements.
