Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide clinical safety assurance across InterSystems products.
  • •Adapt and refine the Clinical Safety Management Framework and Plan for use.
  • •Act as the escalation point for reported clinical safety issues and create Safety Reports from customer, implementation, and support-reported issues.
  • •Perform clinical safety assessments to investigate and assess clinical risk to support and improve patient safety.
  • •Deliver clinical safety training and provide clinical safety/risk assessment advice at customer sites; create and maintain related documentation.

  • •Strong grasp of clinical workflow across inpatient and outpatient settings.
  • •Proven clinical stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and influencing skills, with ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

  • •Excellent communication and presentation skills; multilingual as required by location.
  • •Demonstrable experience in clinical governance activities and implementation of clinical risk management; 5–10 years of clinical experience in secondary care; clinical qualifications with professional registrations.
