Key Responsibilities

  • •Own delivery and ongoing support of Finance Accounting and Regulatory Reporting technology platforms for the CFO domain.
  • •Serve as the primary technology interface for CFO stakeholders, translating business and regulatory requirements into IT solutions.
  • •Drive change and continuous improvement across Finance and Regulatory Reporting systems to support business growth and ECB expectations.
  • •Ensure Finance IT platforms operate in a stable, resilient and compliant manner in line with ECB regulation and internal governance standards.
  • •Coordinate delivery and issue resolution across internal IT teams and external third-party vendors, and oversee technology change, enhancements and incidents.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience leading Finance IT functions within banking, including General Ledger platforms (Oracle Fusion preferred).
  • •Strong knowledge of CFO, Finance and Regulatory Reporting domains within Commercial and Investment Banking across EMEA.
  • •Experience with Finance technology, data, analytics, reporting architectures, and systems integration.
  • •Proven track record managing vendors, contracts, and delivery of on-premise, cloud and SaaS solutions.
  • •Strong understanding of IT controls, software development lifecycle, Agile delivery, and operational risk management.
