Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the C.H.A.R.M. service model.
  • •Follow Asset Protection policies and procedures, including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures.
  • •Collaborate with Store Management to improve personal key performance indicators through sales-driven techniques.
  • •Support daily retail operations including POS system management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, loyalty program promotion, and cleanliness/recovery standards.
  • •Learn and assist in store departments such as consumer service, product knowledge/placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.

Salary: 23.56 - 30.29

Key Requirements

  • •Must be 18 years or older.
  • •Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
  • •Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
  • •Flexible to work rotational shifts including nights, Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
  • •Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Email, and able to operate a retail Point of Sale (POS) system.
