Operations Lead - One Loudoun

Drive store profitability and efficiency as part of the store leadership team. Lead inventory accuracy efforts to reduce shrink, investigate root causes with the General Manager, and oversee key operations spanning receiving, shipment, transfers, sales floor replenishment, floor sets, and supply management. Partner with Operations & Visual leadership on reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities while modeling strong guest experience and leading Operations Associates.
