Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and execute inventory management to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and resolve inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General Manager to escalate process or system gaps.
  • •Manage execution of operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Champion visual standards and maintain strong stockroom standards and processes.
  • •Partner with Operations & Visual leadership to manage reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities; lead and develop Operations Associates.
