Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop the product management organization, directly managing a team of 4 (3 product managers and 1 product line officer).
  • •Define and continuously evolve portfolio strategy aligned with business objectives and market trends, including growth opportunities and assortment gaps.
  • •Own portfolio prioritization and lifecycle decisions (launch, grow, optimize, phase-out) and lead governance processes for roadmap and resource allocation.
  • •Drive commercial performance across the portfolio, including pricing strategy, margin optimization, and portfolio mix, and monitor/report revenue and margin.
  • •Ensure go-to-market alignment by translating portfolio strategy into actionable product plans with Product Marketing and Sales.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in portfolio management, product management, or a related commercial/strategic role in a global B2B environment.
  • •Proven track record in product strategy, portfolio strategy, lifecycle management, and commercial performance optimization.
  • •Strong analytical skills to synthesize market, financial, and operational data into actionable strategies.
  • •Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving alignment across business functions.
  • •Fluency in English (written and verbal).
