Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist lead teachers with class activities and support a small group of students during activities.
  • •Help children with language development, classroom routines, and transitions between activities.
  • •Communicate with parents and school personnel regarding children’s progress and needs.
  • •Assist with classroom cleaning, diaper changes, and potty training as needed.
  • •Collaborate with fellow educators and curriculum specialists to implement mini-lessons and contribute to curriculum planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Must have at least 6 ECE units or be willing to take courses
  • •Preference will be given to candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a preschool setting

  • •Familiarity with education software and Google Suite is a plus
  • •Excellent multitasking abilities, balancing responsibilities with children and other tasks
