Job Summary

Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home technology in customer homes for a Direct-to-Home program. Train on industry-leading products, manage inventory and assets, and deliver strong customer service by explaining system capabilities and operating instructions. Leverage service and installation appointments to create leads and revenue through additional products and services, while following a strong safety culture and meeting physical and mobility requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Earn piece-rate pay and an unlimited commission plan.
•Train on and become an expert on smart home technology and products.
•Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home systems in customer homes.
•Maintain inventory and conduct routine maintenance of company products and equipment.
•Explain system capabilities and operating instructions to customers, and create leads and revenue from appointments.

Key Requirements

•Install, service, and troubleshoot cutting-edge smart home technology in customer homes.
•Become an expert on smart home technology by training on industry-leading products.
•Manage inventory and assets with a business-owner mindset.
•Have a sales mindset; prior experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales is a major plus.
•Hold a valid driver’s license with a good driving record; reliable transportation; ability to pass post-offer background investigation and licensing requirements; must live within a 20-mile radius of the city.
