Job Summary

Lead deployment planning and execution for Anduril’s Air Defense capability, coordinating cross-functional teams to install, test, train, and sustain systems in challenging environments. Key Responsibilities

•Deployment planning and execution: Manage deployment events from site survey to testing, pack-out, installation, training, and sustainment with cross-functional teams across hardware supply, logistics, and engineering.
•Relationship management: Build trust with customers and partners through effective communication, empathetic listening, and proactive follow-through.
•Mission expertise: Develop deep knowledge of the customer’s mission requirements and communicate CONOPS to engineers for ongoing capability improvements.
•Product expertise: Understand the capabilities and limitations of Anduril’s Family of Systems and forecast performance across threat profiles and environments.

Key Requirements

•Advanced degree or 3-5+ years experience in a technical field, preferably in the defense, national security, or aerospace domain

•Proven experience leading tech-enabled teams of peers while building a culture of influence through relationships
•Deep interest in national security issues and defense technologies, with a commitment to lifelong learning
