Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform MH-139A academic and simulator training in line with company, customer, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Develop and deliver simulator and ground school aircrew instruction using instructor-led and computer-based methods.
  • •Coordinate training, standardization, demonstration, and evaluation procedures with US military or civil regulatory agencies to meet certification standards.
  • •Evaluate trainees’ competence and oversee training plans to maintain skill, knowledge, training, and authorization requirements.
  • •Lead development and review of aircrew training material, including performance assessment strategies and mentoring trainees as necessary.

Key Requirements

  • •800+ hours as a helicopter USAF Special Missions Aviator or other US military equivalent.
  • •100+ hours experience with Department of Defense training systems as an aircrew instructor.
  • •Experience instructing with military training systems, simulators, and military aviation ethos.
  • •Ability to attain Community College of the Air Force (CCAF) accreditation within 1 year of employment.
  • •Ability to travel internationally 10% of the time.
