Key Responsibilities

  • •Take a spec and own design, implementation, testing, and deployment of production-grade software end-to-end.
  • •Build AI workflow infrastructure, including automation, integrations, and governance harnesses connecting GitHub, Jira, and Confluence into repeatable pipelines.
  • •Develop internal dashboards to help engineering teams track quality and progress on AI-assisted work.
  • •Create MCP servers and integrations that expose organizational knowledge to AI coding agents via Model Context Protocol.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of professional software engineering experience shipping production systems.

  • •Cloud fundamentals with AWS or Azure to deploy what you build.
  • •Production experience using AI coding agents in agentic workflows, plus familiarity with agent frameworks and MCP.
